Fatma Şen graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2002. In 2007, she completed her medical specialty training in the Department of Internal Medicine at Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine. In 2008, she completed her subspecialty in the field of Oncology at Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, and in 2013, she received the title of Associate Professor in the field of Internal Medicine (Medical Oncology).
