Lecturer Elif İpek TUTUŞ was born in İstanbul in 1998. She graduated from Kırımlı İsmail Rüştü Olcay Anatolian High School and started Biruni University Child Development in 2016. This part has been completed with the establishment certificate of 2020. At the same time, Disabled Care and Rehabilitation was completed at Anadolu University as the 2nd University. Pedagogical formation from Marmara University immediately started Child Development Bachelor of Education at Higher University. She has also worked in many empowerment and kindergartens. In 2022, children with specific education completed her education building thesis.
