He received his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and subsequently conducted postdoctoral research at KUYTAM (Koç University Surface Science and Technology Center). He then joined Üsküdar University, Department of Bioengineering, as a faculty member.
His research focuses on computational modeling and multiscale simulation approaches (dissipative particle dynamics and molecular dynamics) for the design of polymer-based advanced materials and nanomaterials. In this context, he integrates traditional simulation techniques with artificial intelligence–driven data analysis and predictive methods to gain deeper insights into the structural, mechanical, and functional properties of materials.
