In 2011, she finished her master’s in clinical psychology in Okan University with a project titled “Impulsivity and Anger in Antisocial and Borderline Personality Disorders”. In 2007, she graduated from Mersin University psychology department.
Besides Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Schema Therapy and Family Therapy training, she also received training in Awareness Therapy, Alcohol and Substance Abuse, Internet and Computer Dependency and Problem Solving Therapy.
Between 2010-2012, she worked in Health again and Education Association which is co-founded by Kültekin Ögel to treat adolescent alcohol and drug addiction. She is one of the developers and appliers of Alcohol-Substance Abuse Treatment Program also used in prisons, hospital and supervised liberation programs initiated by Kültekin Öğel.
In addition, she served as project assistant in the prison project, which included risk assessments for repeat offenders committed within the Ministry of Justice. She also worked as a project assistant in the project “Improvement Environment Application Criteria for Education Houses” jointly conducted by Unicef and Ministry of Justice, where she was consulted by Kültegin Ögel.
NPİstanbul Hospital is working on impulsivity and accompanying disorders, especially alcohol and substance addiction.
