Adem Özkan was born in Kırıkkale. He graduated from Kırıkkale High School. He graduated from Marmara University-Faculty of Theology in 1987 and started teaching in İzmir. He served as a military officer. He graduated from the Civil Servants Foreign Languages Education Center and started to work as a Program-News Specialist in TRT Ankara Television in Religion and Moral Programs in the same year. He worked as a Producer-Director, Presenter and Copywriter in Education-Culture Programs, TRT GAP Publications and Documentary Programs. He completed the NSC Public Diplomacy program in 1997. He worked as TRT Religion and Moral Programs Manager in 2004-2012. He was the General Coordinator of many programs in this institution. He is still working as the producer-director under the TRT Internal Productions Department.
