Dear Candidates,
The pre-applications of the candidates who apply online to the Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences Programs are "approved" as a message after they are approved by the system. information is sent.
Our applications will continue from 20 August 2023 until today, and all results will be announced on 25 August 2023.
Candidates can apply to T.C. from the link we will share on our website. By logging in with their numbers, they will be able to register by learning how to win the final registration right.
Final Registration Procedures:
1-Çarşı Campus 3rd Floor R-19 Science Institute Secretariat student registration form must be filled. (Transcripts of those with field graduation will be evaluated by the Departments)
2- You must submit your signed Student Registration Form approved by the Graduate School Secretary, together with all your documents, to the Student Affairs Unit located on the same floor.
3-The Accounting Unit is located in the Central Campus, Block A, payments will be made.
4- After your payment process is completed, your final registration will be completed and you will be able to continue logging into the automation system with the OBS password given to you by the student affairs unit and access your courses, course schedules, etc. information.
5- It is not possible to access the OBS (Student Information System) without making the payment.
6- Although the method of conducting the courses is not clear yet, it is planned to be held in the form of HYBRID.
7- Course registration will be done on 02-15 October and classes will start on 09 October 2023.
8- You can receive your Student Identity Card from the Registrar's Office as of the start of the classes on 09 October 2023.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED DURING FINAL REGISTRATION
– The original and a photocopy of the undergraduate diploma (Graduation certificate from the state is also accepted.)
– The original and a photocopy of the undergraduate note (transcript).
– ALES Exam result document (for thesis program)
– Photocopy of identity card.
- Language Proficiency Certificate for English Programs.
– Photo (2 Pieces)
