Dear Üsküdar Students,
In line with the decision by the Council of Higher Education (CoHE) the due to the earthquake,
1) The beginning of the Spring Academic Year semester has been postponed to a further date to be announced.
2) Make-up exams of the fall semester that were not carried out will be done between February 27 – March 05, 2023.
3) All exams such as proficiency, preparatory, project presentation, thesis defense, which was previously planned to be held between February 07 – 26, 2023, will be carried out between February 27 – March 05, 2023.
4) Course procedures and applications for lateral transfer within the institute and double/minor major can be held until the beginning of the spring semester.
5) Our 4th year students of the Faculty of Medicine will continue their applied courses in the related hospitals.
6) It is required to contact with the related academic united on all the matters that are not specified above.
On this occasion, we once again wish that may Allah rest the souls of our students who lost their lives in the earthquake, their relatives and all our citizens, we wish a quick recovery to our injured people, and respectfully announce that we will continue to work together to overcome these challenging days.
