Vision
To train midwives who are preferred by health institutions due to the high quality midwifery service that contributes to the solution of physical, psycho-social and spiritual problems of individuals and families within the service area.
Mission
To train professional midwives who are respectful of human rights and freedoms, have strong human and professional values, have free and multi-dimensional thinking power, contribute to science, adopt interdisciplinary cooperation and teamwork, and are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills in the field of midwifery.
Purpose
The aim is to train professional midwives who have internalized the philosophy of holistic care and ethical principles, who can provide comprehensive midwifery knowledge and skills to serve in public, private health institutions or independently according to the needs of the country, who aim for lifelong learning, who are sensitive to human, women, parents, children and environmental problems, who have education, management and research skills, who are collaborative, innovative and entrepreneurial.
