Exam Overlap Declaration Form and Make-Up Exam Request FormStudents who cannot attend the 2022-2023 Academic Year Fall Semester midterm exams due to their excuses must upload their related petitions to the Engineering and Natural Sciences Faculty Petition Tracking System (Exam Overlap Declaration Form, Make-Up Exam Request Form ) until 17:00 on Wednesday, 30 November 2022.The exam for the courses you have taken from your department and the lower class of the courses whose exams overlap, will be taken on the day and time specified in the exam schedule. RECTORATE ANNOUNCEMENT OF MIDTERM EXAMS FOR COMMON COMPULSORY COURSES 2022-2023 FALL SEMESTER2022-2023 Fall Semester Rectorate Common Courses Midterm Exams are planned to be held on Tuesday-Wednesday, November 29-30, 2022 between 17:30 - 19:20. Midterm exams will be proctored in the classrooms as in other courses in accordance with the legislation.  The exams of undergraduate and associate degree students will be held on two different days and at the same time on all 4 campuses.  You will be able to find out in which campus and in which hall you will take the exam and the exam rules by looking at the announcements on STIX one week before the exam. Students are required to take the exam in the classrooms with their names and student numbers. ENGLISH DEPARTMENTS EXEMPTION EXAM STUDENT LIST (ENGLISH I-II).xlsxDear Students,In order to find out in which campus and classroom you will take the Compulsory English Course Exemption Exam, which will be held on Tuesday, October 18, you need to find your student number by downloading the attached excel file. Since there are too many students in the list, you should use your computer, press the CTRL+F keys on your keyboard at the same time, write your student number in the box that appears and then click the button "Find". Before taking the exam, you must read the exam announcement carefully. In addition, exam lists and exam announcement are shared on STIX and LMS. Good luck in the exam! IMPORTANT NOTE: STUDENTS, WHO HAVE ALREADY TAKEN THE RELATED ENGLISH COURSES AND FAILED IN FORMER YEARS OR WHO WISH TO INCREASE THEIR PREVIOUS ENGLISH GRADES, CANNOT ATTEND THIS EXEMPTION EXAM AGAIN. Invited by our University's International Relations Department, Sudan Republic Gezira Technology College Council President Dr. Gamal Khugali and the accompanying delegation were provided with information regarding our Faculty. A tour of our library and laboratories was given to the visiting delegation. At the end of the meeting, Dr. Gamal Khugali was presented with the book titled “A Journey From Mind To Heart: Bediuzzaman's Model” written by our Founding Rector Prof.Dr.Nevzat Tarhan. At the end of the meeting, Dr. Gamal Khugali was presented by our Dean Prof. Dr. Osman Çerezci a book titled “A Journey From Mind To Heart: Bediuzzaman's Model” written by our Founding Rector Prof.Dr.Nevzat Tarhan.

Our university’s 2021-2022 academic year’s end-of-term Quality meeting was held under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Osman Çerezci and with the attendance of our quality commission members.In the meeting, also present were our university’s Quality Executive Levent Sayar and Quality Executive Assistant İlknur Güzel. A presentation regarding the processes required for the functioning of our Faculty within the scope of ISO 9001 was given by Levent Sayar. In addition, continuous improvement activities of the departments were discussed by our faculty members.

Dear Students,Students who wish to take the single course exam are required to submit their applications by adding their transcript which has been signed by their advisors as well as the necessary petition form which has been filled out by the student. Application process is between 25 July and 3 August 2022 and is carried out via our petition tracking system (https://online.uskudar.edu.tr/).The single course exams will be held on Friday, August 5, 2022 for the students who qualify to take it according to their advisor’s approval.We wish success for all of you.
