Attention to Students With Conflicting Final Exams
Dear students,
2022-2023 Academic Year Fall Semester final program has been announced. If you are experiencing a situation where the final exams of the courses you take in the exam program overlap, you can follow the instructions below.
First of all, fill in the attached form regarding your overlapping exam. You have to take the exam for the course that belongs to your department (first of all, you need to take the exam for the course you took from below), on the day and time of the exam. You are required to take the exam for your major, minor or non-departmental course on the same day at the time determined by the instructor of the course.
When you take the exam for your department course on the day and time specified in the exam program, you must have the attached form signed by the examiner or the course instructor, and you must deliver the signed form to the lecturer of the course you failed to take the exam immediately after your exam. The instructor of the course will take you to the final exam of the course on the same day that you had a conflict and could not take the exam.
