MIDTERM MAKE-UP EXAM ANNOUNCEMENTFor students who could not participate in the 2024-2025 Fall Semester Midterm Exams due to valid reasons:Students must submit the following petition along with supporting documents to the Directorate in person by the end of business hours on Friday, December 13, 2024, or upload the required documents via https://online.uskudar.edu.tr/.Midterm make-up exams will be conducted on December 18-19-20, 2024.Students requesting to take the make-up exam should obtain their results directly from the instructor of the respective course.According to Üsküdar University Undergraduate and Associate Degree Education, Training, and Examination Regulations, Article 33– (2): “Students who cannot attend the midterm exam due to valid reasons must submit a petition with supporting documents to the relevant dean’s office/directorate within three business days following the end of the midterm exam period.”Make-up Exam Request Form https://online.uskudar.edu.tr/.
The 2024-2025 Fall Semester Rectorate Common Courses Midterm Exams are planned to be held on Wednesday - Thursday, November 27-28, 2024 between 17:30 - 19:20. The midterm exam will be administered in classrooms with an invigilator, as in other courses, as required by the legislation. You will be able to learn which campus and hall you will take the exam in and the exam rules by looking at the announcements to be made on STIX one week before the exam. Students must take the exam in the classrooms where their names and student numbers are located. 2024-2025 Fall Semester Internal Transfer ResultsOur students must complete their financial and student affairs registration procedures between September 24-30, 2024, on weekdays between 09:30-17:00.Note: Students must first come to the Central Campus Student Affairs Office within the specified date range with their ÖSYM scorecard and ÖSYM placement documents, fill out the petition declaring that they have approved their internal transfer, and then proceed to the financial affairs department for financial registration procedures.You can check your internal transfer application result with your Turkish ID number via the following link:https://app.uskudar.edu.tr/form/ogrenci/sonuc
Students whose Double Major Applications have been accepted must come to the Central Student Affairs Directorate and submit the Double Major Approval Petition and ÖSYM Scorecards by 27.09.2024 for "Double Major Registration Approval."Click here for the Double Major Approval Petition.pdf.Applications from students with a GPA of 3.75 and above, who wish to apply for programs other than the ones they are eligible for in the double major, will be individually evaluated by the senate. Students whose applications will be presented to our University Senate must come to the Central Student Affairs Directorate and submit the attached form and ÖSYM Scorecards by 27.09.2024. If any students in the main list do not register by 27.09.2024, students from the waiting list will be invited for registration starting from 30.09.2024.Students who are on the main list for one program and on the waiting list for another have the right to register until 30.09.2024.
