DOUBLE MAJOR PROGRAM (ÇAP) REGISTRATION

Students whose Double Major (ÇAP) applications have been accepted must visit the Student Affairs Directorate at the Çarşı Campus by March 3, 2025, to submit the ÇAP Approval Petition and ÖSYM Scorecard for their "ÇAP Registration Approval."

[Click here for the ÇAP Approval Petition.pdf]

Applications from students with a GPA of 3.75 or higher for programs outside the eligible ones will be individually evaluated by the Senate. Students whose applications will be presented to the University Senate must submit the form attached along with their ÖSYM Scorecard to the Çarşı Student Affairs Directorate by March 3, 2025.

If students from the main list fail to complete their registration by March 3, 2025, students from the waiting list will be invited for registration starting March 5, 2025.

Students who are on the main list for one program and on the waiting list for another have the right to register until March 4, 2025. They will be notified on March 3, 2025, regarding their status on the waiting list.

For registered students, exemptions for common courses in the Double Major Program curriculum that have already been successfully completed in their main program will be processed automatically under the supervision of ÇAP advisors.
