Dear Students,In the 2021-2022 Academic Year Spring Semester, which will start on Monday, 07 March 2022;1.SHMYO Programs, 40% of the curriculum will be carried out online and 60% will be realized as fi-jital.2. As stated in the syllabus, some courses will be given completely online (online), and some courses will be given face-to-face and online in a hybrid form accompanied by live broadcasts in the classroom environment. Accordingly, the weekly planning of the groups that will attend the face-to-face classes on the days and times specified in the curriculum of the programs is given in the excel below.3. Dear Students,The Placement Test of Preparatory School for 2021-2022 Academic Year will be as follows;For Turkish Students, it will be on Monday, October 4th at 09.00 a.m.The exam will be ONLINE and the link of the exam will be shared on https://hazirlik.uskudar.edu.tr/ exactly at 09.00 a.m., the link will be activated.The exam will take 1 hour and the link of the exam will be closed at 10.00 a.m. Late comers will not be given extra time.*The exam will be online on Zoom. The links of Zoom meetings will be shared on  https://hazirlik.uskudar.edu.tr/ and by following your student ID you will find which Zoom meeting is yours. Be carefull, do NOT enter into the wrong Zoom meeting.Otherwise, you will be removed from the link and waste your precious time and you won’t be given extra time for the exam!*Every student has just one chance to take the exam. On the 8th of October there will be a Speaking Exam.Written Exam (Reading, Listening, Writing) will be on Thursday, October 7th at 09.00 am.Speaking Exam will be on Friday, October 8th at 09.00 am.*The exam will be online on Zoom. Our university's 2020-2021 Academic Year Summer Education will be held as distance education depending on the course of pandemic conditions and students who will take courses (except preparatory class students) must submit their pre-applications online between 28 June - 06 July 2021.The scheduled courses (except the ones stated below) will be opened according to the application numbers and they will be announced on our Faculty / Vocational School website on July 08rd, 2021. Between July 8rd and July 13th students can enroll to distance learning classes.The courses that are approved as eligible to be opened due to final enrollment number by the Summer Education Coordination Office will be announced on July 16th 2021 on the Faculty / Vocational School website. The announced courses will be in distance learning format and they will commence on July 26th 2021.At least 3 students must register for final registration in order to open classes in the summer school. However, courses with students under 3 can also be opened if the relevant Faculty/MYO deems it appropriate.The guest students from other Universities seeking to take courses at Uskudar University are required to upload their identification card along with the approval for the courses they plan to take at our University while making their online application.Note: 1. During summer term, only 5 courses that do not exceed 21 ECTS can be taken.2. While making the online application, the guest students who seek to take courses at Uskudar University are required to upload an official approval of the courses they are planning to take. This approval must be taken from their University.3. A refund of fees can only be made to those who made their full payment at enrollment for summer if the planned courses were cancelled by the Summer Education Coordination Office due to low numbers of enrollment to that course.4. Students who drop an already opened course will not be eligible for a refund.5.
