The 2024-2025 Spring Semester Rectorate Common Courses Midterm Exams are planned to be held on Wednesday-Thursday, April 16-17, 2025 between 17:30-19:20. The midterm exam will be administered in classrooms with an invigilator, as in other courses, as required by legislation. You will be able to learn which campus and hall you will take the exam in and the exam rules by looking at the announcements to be made on STIX one week before the exam. Students must take the exam in the classrooms where their names and student numbers are located. EXAM RIGHTS TO BE GRANTED AT THE END OF THE MAXIMUM STUDY PERIODSFinal-year associate degree students who have just completed their maximum study period will be granted an additional exam right for the courses they have failed at the end of the Fall Semester of the 2024-2025 academic year. DOUBLE MAJOR PROGRAM (ÇAP) REGISTRATIONStudents whose Double Major (ÇAP) applications have been accepted must visit the Student Affairs Directorate at the Çarşı Campus by March 3, 2025, to submit the ÇAP Approval Petition and ÖSYM Scorecard for their "ÇAP Registration Approval."[Click here for the ÇAP Approval Petition.pdf]Applications from students with a GPA of 3.75 or higher for programs outside the eligible ones will be individually evaluated by the Senate. Students whose applications will be presented to the University Senate must submit the form attached along with their ÖSYM Scorecard to the Çarşı Student Affairs Directorate by March 3, 2025.If students from the main list fail to complete their registration by March 3, 2025, students from the waiting list will be invited for registration starting March 5, 2025.Students who are on the main list for one program and on the waiting list for another have the right to register until March 4, 2025. 2024-2025 SPRING SEMESTER INSTITUTIONAL TRANSFER RESULTSOur students must complete their financial and student affairs registration processes between February 25 and March 3, 2025, on weekdays between 09:30 AM and 5:00 PM.NOTE: Students must first visit the Student Affairs Office at the Çarşı Campus within the specified dates with their ÖSYM scorecard and ÖSYM placement documents to fill out the petition confirming their institutional transfer approval. The make-up midterm exams will be conducted in the same supervised manner as other courses as per the regulations. Undergraduate and associate degree students will take their exams on the same day and at the same venue.
