To Students with Conflicting Mid-Term ExamsAs the 2021-22 Fall Mid-Term exam dates have been announced, it is important that our students notify any conflicting exams. If you have any such exams, please let the faculty know by following the path explained below:1- Fill in the form in the attached file. Fill in the date, as well as all the relevant data starting from "Öğrenci Adı Soyadı". The data you need to fill in can be respectively (from top to bottom) translated as follows: Student Full Name, Student Number, Faculty, Department/Programme, The Course of the Exam, Classroom/Hall of the Exam, Date of the Exam, Exam Hours, Student Mobile Number, Student E-Mail.2- If any of your exams conflict, you must take the exam of your department at the announced time. You will then take your Double Major, Minor or any other extra-departmental exams at a different time within the same day, to be specified by your instructor.3- Fill in and deliver the form to the supervisor of your departmental exam so that she will sign it. Dear Students,The Proficency Exam of Preparatory School for 2021-2022 Academic Year will be as follows;Students who got 60 or more from the Placement Test can take the Proficiency Exam. The exam has 2 seatings. On the 7th of October you will face with the written part which includes 2 readings, 2 listenings, 1 essay writing. On the 8th of October there will be a Speaking Exam.Written Exam (Reading, Listening, Writing) will be on Thursday, October 7th at 09.00 am.Speaking Exam will be on Friday, October 8th at 09.00 am.*The exam will be online on Zoom. Announcement Regarding the Single Course Exam for Graduation (The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences )Students who have failed a single course even though they meet the requirements for graduation after the Summer Semester, will be offered a single course exam according to the Article 32/1 of "Üsküdar University Associate Degree and Undergraduate Education and Teaching Regulations". The students are required to submit their single course examination forms until 24.09.2021 and they are also required to receive their advisors' approval with signature and submit their transcripts to the Faculty Secretariat.Students who are outside of Istanbul due to the pandemic may send their petitions via e-mail to the Faculty Secretariat until 24.09.2021. They are still required to receive their advisors' approval and submit their transcripts to the Faculty Secretariat.Single Course Examinations will be held between 29 September 2021 - 01 October 2021.Students who submit their petitions must contact the instructor of the course. The exams will be held on a date deemed appropriate by the instructor between 29 September 2021 - 01 October 2021.."Single Course Exam: It is the exam given with the decision of the Board of Directors of the related unit, to the student who has failed a single course as a result of the make-up exams in order to graduate.
