ARTICLE 10. 

a) Establishment and Operation: The Faculty Governing Board consist of 3 professors, 2 associate professors an done assistant professor selected by the faculty board for 3 year duration under the presidency of the dean.

b) Duties: The Faculty Governing Board is an organ that assists the dean in administrative activities and its duties are listed below:

1.  To assist the dean in implementation of the principles determined by the decision of the Faculty Board,

2.  To provide implementation of the academic calendar on education-training, plan and programs of the Faculty,

3. To prepare investment proposal, program plan and budgetary draft of the faculty,

4. To determine in all tasks on the faculty management given by the dean,

5. To make necessary decisions on admission of the students, course adjustments and removals, and exams,

6. To carry out other duties within the Law and legislations,
