Faculty of Medicine Surveys / Student Feedback Results

STUDENT SATISFACTION SURVEYS

In order to continuously improve the educational program at Uskudar University Faculty of Medicine, the views and suggestions of our students are collected on a regular basis. In this context, course block (committee) and clerkship satisfaction surveys are made available to students via KEYPS (Institutional Education Management and Planning System) upon the completion of each course block and clerkship rotation.

Through these surveys, students' opinions and feedback are systematically evaluated regarding:

  • The content of the educational program,
  • The level of achieving learning objectives,
  • The educational performance and teaching processes of the faculty members,
  • Clinical and laboratory practices,
  • The organization of courses,
  • Assessment and evaluation processes,
  • Overall satisfaction levels.

To ensure that students can share their views and suggestions freely, identity information is completely excluded from the evaluation results, and only aggregated data is analyzed. The quantitative and qualitative data obtained from the surveys are analyzed by the Faculty of Medicine Quality Commission at the end of each academic year. The prepared evaluation reports are then submitted to the Dean's Office and utilized in decision-making processes aimed at enhancing the educational program. Through this process, student feedback actively contributes to the curriculum development, teaching methods, clinical practices, and the continuous improvement of assessment and evaluation frameworks.
