Üsküdar University, which makes significant contributions to higher education as a thematic university in the fields of Behavioral and Health Sciences, officially established the Faculty of Medicine on March 15, 2018 with the aim of being high quality and universal. At the Faculty of Medicine, future physicians are trained as scientists and equipped with the necessary competencies for medical practice. Üsküdar University has become prominent especially in the field of health and has become one of the higher education institutions that train professionals in many fields of health professions in our country. The Faculty of Medicine has been planned and established at the highest level in terms of infrastructure and academic equipment.

The Faculty of Medicine has a full-fledged, 100-bed NPiSTANBUL Brain Hospital, which has completed its cooperation with the approval of the Council of Higher Education, as well as a cooperation with Istanbul Ataşehir Memorial Hospital, which is also full-fledged and has a capacity of 143 beds.
Our faculty has a physical infrastructure of 7 thousand square meters that can meet all its needs. It has a rich library. In addition, there are application/research centers and multidisciplinary laboratories such as Neuropsychopharmacology Application and Research Center (NPFUAM), Neuropsychiatry Health Application and Research Center (NPSUAM), Experimental Research Unit (ÜSKÜDAB), Üsküdar University Medical Radiation Application and Research Center (ÜSMERA), Personalized Treatment Application and Research Center (KİMER) . With these facilities, it has reached universal quality standards in both medical education and health services.
Our students, who achieve high success in the Student Selection Examination and are admitted to Üsküdar University Faculty of Medicine with at least half scholarship and one-third full scholarship, graduate as modern physicians who are willing to research and publish, follow and apply innovations, and can see ahead in all fields of medicine.
Our Faculty of Medicine has two programs, one in Turkish and the other in English . Hybrid Education Model (Integrated + Problem-Based Learning Model) is applied in our medical education. This education consists of 3 phases: Pre-Clinical Internship Period, Clinical Internships and Internship , where Basic and Clinical Sciencesare integrated.
