Faculty of Medicine Advising
At the Uskudar University Faculty of Medicine, an academic advisor is assigned to each student to provide guidance throughout their education, and advising services are carried out on a regular basis. Within the scope of academic advising, students receive support regarding their education and training processes, course selection, academic development, adaptation processes, and other academic matters they may need assistance with.
Individual advising meetings are recorded using the Student Advising Form, thereby ensuring the traceability and continuity of the advising process.
Advising services are not limited to face-to-face meetings; in order to respond to students’ needs quickly and effectively, they are also maintained through written communication via e-mail and the STIX, OBS and KEYPS systems. In this way, students can easily reach their academic advisors at every stage of their education and receive the necessary guidance and support.
