Our Internal and External Stakeholders
Üsküdar University Faculty of Medicine conducts its education, research, and social contribution activities with the participation of all its stakeholders, in line with the quality assurance principles of the National Medical Education Accreditation Standards (TEPDAD) and the Higher Education Quality Council (YÖKAK). Our Faculty systematically gathers the opinions and suggestions of internal and external stakeholders in the processes of planning, implementing, evaluating, and continuously improving the educational program.
Within this scope, ordinary stakeholder meetings are organized with internal and external stakeholders at least once a year, where opinions and suggestions regarding the educational program, clinical practices, assessment and evaluation processes, research activities, and institutional collaborations are evaluated. The feedback obtained during these meetings is addressed by the relevant boards and commissions to guide continuous improvement efforts.
In addition, an External Stakeholder Feedback Survey is administered once a year to obtain the evaluations of external stakeholders regarding the educational program. The survey results are analyzed by the Quality Commission and the Education Commission, and are utilized as evidence for updating the educational program, enhancing graduate competencies, and strengthening quality assurance processes.
Stakeholder participation is one of the fundamental components of our faculty's continuous improvement culture, and educational activities are constantly enhanced with the contributions of all our stakeholders in line with the goal of training qualified physicians.
