Our Vision:
It aims to be a program that is based on sustainability of disaster and emergency activities, focuses on risk management, pays attention to crisis management, reliability and takes part in creating a disaster culture.
Our Mission:
Based on the fact that disasters are inevitable, the Emergency and Disaster Management program mission that aims to reduce disaster damages and effects and take precautions; It has been determined as “Creating Disaster Culture”. Earthquakes, floods, landslides, rock falls, droughts, storms, tsunamis and many other disasters have devastating effects on people, the environment and the economy. It is possible to increase the resistance of people to stand up against destructive effects. Increasing this resilience will minimize the effects and harms of disasters and minimize the time for the society to stand up after the disaster. It has determined its Emergency and Disaster Management mission from this perspective.
