Üsküdar University 2023-2024 Academic Year opening will be held on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at 10:30. The ceremony will begin with the speeches of Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan and Prof. Dr. Nazife Güngör. The first lecture of the new academic year will be given by TÜBİTAK President Prof. Dr. Hasan Mandal.We would be pleased to have all our students participate.

A program called "Green Transformation Animal Rights and Veganism Summit in the World of Science" will be organized by the Molecular Biology and Genetics Club under the leadership of the Department of Health, Culture and Sports, on Saturday, December 09, at 10:30 in the Central Campus A Block Nermin Tarhan Conference Hall. Prof. Dr. Muhsin Konuk, Melike Dirikoç from Vegan Earth, Dr. Kaya Bilgüvar, Dietician Bilge Sever, Dr. Ayşenur Çetinkaya Yıldırım, Funda Uğraş, Gizem Kalak and Dr. İlter Yenidede will also participate in the program to make his presentations. 5G Technologies and Human Health by Prof. Dr. Selim ŞEKERSpeaker: Prof. Selim ŞEKER Date: 6 January 2022 Time: 10.00 amUskudar University IEEE Student Club organized a seminar on "5G Technologies and Human Health" on January 6, 2022 in Kuleli Meeting Hall. Prof. Selim Şeker as Head of Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department participated in this event. He shared remarkable information about 5G technologies. The development of this new technology was elaborated, and the effects of its on human health, animals and the environment were shared with the participants in respect of some scientific studies. Prof. Selim Şeker also mentioned about his professional experiences and at the end of the session he replied all questions of the participants.

The seminar about "What Kind of Electromagnetic Field Do We Live in?" was held on Thursday, December 30, 2021 at 20:00 on the Zoom platform. In this event, Prof. Osman Çerezci gave detailed information on the subject of non-ionizing radiation. Significant findings and results of various scientific projects carried out in this event. At the end of the session, Prof. Osman Çerezci answered the questions of the participants.
