The exams on LMS will be activated during these periods and the students may take the exams whenever they want within the related period. Students who have overlapped the course and declared an excuse in the midterm exams to be held between 23-29 November 2020 should contact the instructor of the relevant course via stix before the exam.1. The student must first take the exam of the undergraduate or major course.2. After completing the attached petition, the student must forward it to the lecturer of the course that he / she could not take the exam.3. THE LETTER GRADES RECEIVED BY THE STUDENTS, WHO WERE SUCCESSFUL IN THE EXEMPTION EXAM, WILL BE RECORDED IN THE STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (OBS) BY THE STUDENT AFFAIRS AS THE ENGLISH COURSE GRADE IN BOTH TERMS. AFTER THE REGISTRATION OF YOUR GRADES TO OBS, YOU WILL NOT SEE YOUR ENGLISH COURSES ON LMS AND YOU WILL BE EXEMPTED FROM ENGLISH LESSONS.STUDENTS, WHO COULD NOT GET A SUCCESSFUL GRADE IN THE EXEMPTION EXAM OR COULD NOT TAKE THE EXAM, WILL CONTINUE TO TAKE THE ENGLISH COURSES DURING THE FALL AND SPRING SEMESTER BY FULFILLING THE COURSE REQUIREMENTS AND TAKING THE MIDTERM AND FINAL EXAMS.THE EXAM RESULTS OF THE STUDENTS WHO HAD TAKEN AND FAILED THESE COURSES IN PREVIOUS YEARS AND THE EXAM RESULTS OF THE STUDENTS WHO WANT TO INCREASE THEIR PREVIOUS COURSE GRADES ARE INVALIDATED. Applications for exemption from double major/minor programs will be received between 15 October - 23 October 2020. Petitions sent after this date will not be accepted. Those who do not have a wet signature on the Course Exemption form will not be processed.Students who request exemption should pay attention to the following points.1.
