2023-2024 Academic Year Fall Semester Midterm Exams;
1. Exam overlap
Please fill out the attached form regarding your conflicting exam. You are required to take the exam of the course belonging to your department (the exam of the course taken below must be taken first) on the day and time of the exam. You are required to take the make-up exam of the course you take from the other department in the 12th week between 25-29 December 2023 at the time determined by the instructor of the course. When you take the exam of your department course on the day and time specified in the exam program, make sure that the form you fill in the attached form is signed by the exam proctor or the instructor of the course and do not forget to add the signed form to your Make-up Exam Request petition.
2. Students who cannot attend the exam due to valid excuses (illness, etc.) must upload their Make-up Exam Request petitions and relevant proof documents to the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences Petition Tracking System, which is linked below, until Friday, 01.12.2023 at 17:00.
