Exam Overlap Declaration Form and Make-Up Exam Request Form
Students who cannot attend the 2022-2023 Academic Year Fall Semester midterm exams due to their excuses must upload their related petitions to the Engineering and Natural Sciences Faculty Petition Tracking System (Exam Overlap Declaration Form, Make-Up Exam Request Form ) until 17:00 on Wednesday, 30 November 2022.
The exam for the courses you have taken from your department and the lower class of the courses whose exams overlap, will be taken on the day and time specified in the exam schedule. You must apply for the exams of the courses that you cannot take, with the Exam Overlap Declaration Form, from the Petition Tracking System.

Midterm make-up exam application results will be announced separately.
