1) All students as well as Double Major - Minor Program students will be able to choose their course through the system. Students who cannot make a course selection through the system must fill in the attached course registration form and obtain the approval of the DMP - Minor Program advisor teacher via e-mail with the information including the ECTS information of the courses they have chosen in the major program. They must send the approved course selection form to Esra Aslan (Esra Aslan, esra.aslan@uskudar.edu.tr) via e-mail until October 18, 2020, at the latest. Petitions submitted after this date will not be processed. Double major exemptions will be made between October 15 to 30, 2020.
2) Checking the ECTS information in the course selection of the 4th grade students at the end of the semester, so that their course registrations are not left missing from the system, and the students who have completed the manual form are also checked to ensure that there are no missing ECTS.
3) Students whose GPA is below 1.80 at the end of the fourth semester in undergraduate departments pass to the probationary status. Students with probation status can take a maximum of 2 courses from the next term with a 1.60-1.69 GPA, and a maximum of 3 courses from the next term with 1.70-1.79 GPA until they leave the probationary status. In order to leave the probationary status, first repeats some of the courses that have graded under (CC).
4) Students with a GPA of 3.00 and above can take one course from the next year with the approval of the advisor, and a student with a GPA of 3.50 and above can take two courses from the beginning of the third semester, provided that they have successfully completed all the courses in the lower semesters.
5) For students waiting for advisor approval, our advisors are required to approve course registrations at the end of the day.
6) It is necessary to check whether the students who fill out the manual form for the prerequisite courses have passed the prerequisite course.
7) Since the ECTS information of the courses is written incorrectly by the students in manual forms, the course is not added to the student who exceeds the 45 ECTS limit while entering the system. (Manual form for students with term extension and financial debt)
8) Students can take a total of 45 ECTS courses in the semester course selection.
9) Students who have problems in course choices due to the intensity on the system during the course selection week will be able to make their course choices until October 18, 2020.
10) Course - Add and drop week is between October 19 to 25, 2020. Subsequent applications will not be accepted.
