Üsküdar University Faculty of Communication MAC Laboratories are located on the ground floor of Block C of the south campus in an area with special ventilation and cabling infrastructure. There are a total of 80+2 MAC computers in two laboratories, 40+1 in each laboratory. All 82 computers have hardware support with high configuration and processing capacity. In addition to all these, thanks to the projection device and smart projection system in the laboratory, all the possibilities of the digital age are shared with the students.
Purpose of MAC Laboratories
MAC laboratories are used in all of the courses in the Visual Communication Design curriculum. Graphic design, creative typography applications, packaging design and digital illustration courses such as project production and development courses benefit from all the facilities of the relevant laboratory. All computers in this laboratory, which was established to meet all the needs that may arise in the applied courses in the curriculum of the Department of Visual Communication Design, have Adobe's two-dimensional design and publishing programs.
Possibilities of Use of MAC Laboratories
Our undergraduate students who continue their higher education at Üsküdar University have the opportunity to use MAC laboratories outside of class. In addition, these laboratories, which have high-speed internet access, are an application area where graduate students can work with their instructors in their thesis studies and projects.
