As the Student Affairs Department, we operate in line with our university’s student-centered management approach. We have adopted the principle of standing by our students at every stage of their academic life with an accurate, fast and solution-oriented service approach. From registration procedures to graduation processes, we aim to offer a transparent and accessible structure in all academic and administrative transactions. At the center of all our efforts, we have placed a service model that responds quickly to the needs of our students and prioritizes open communication.
Our work to improve the university website and automation systems is ongoing to ensure that our students spend minimal time on administrative processes outside their education, prevent paper waste and reduce bureaucracy to save time. Since our students are the users of the automation systems, every request submitted to our university has been analyzed and taken into consideration as an idea for improvement. In this context, based on the analyses and the requests we received from our students, digitalization efforts have been carried out. Various application systems such as double major, minor, internal transfer, leave of absence and course registration have been developed, creating a structure through which students can complete their procedures online without having to come to the university.
With our team of 19 members working in the offices located in the Çarşı, Main and Health Campuses, we provide effective, solution oriented and student-centered service to nearly 25,000 active students.
With the awareness that we are responsible not only for what we have accomplished but also for what we have not yet achieved, we are committed to providing accessible, reliable and contemporary services that make university life easier for our students. We carefully analyze our current position and move forward with strong and determined steps toward the future. With this understanding, our unit continues to work tirelessly to support every student, not only for today but also by anticipating the needs of tomorrow. We take pride in being an invisible yet always felt support on our students’ journey to success.
