INTERNAL TRANSFER CONDITIONS
a) Transfer applications can be made at the beginning of the second and third semesters in associate degree diploma programs, and at the beginning of the second and third years in undergraduate diploma programs.
b) For intra-institutional transfer, the student must have a weighted grade point average of at least 2.00 out of 4 for the semesters he / she has completed in the program he / she is enrolled in.
c) In order to apply for transfer between diploma programs that accept students at the same level within the University, the student's central placement score in the score type valid for the diploma program he / she wants to transfer as of the year in which he / she took the central exam is not less than the lowest base score of the diploma programs of other universities in the country equivalent to the diploma program he / she wants to transfer.
d) When students who are studying within the scholarship quota transfer, the principles regarding the continuation of their scholarships are stated below.
e) Transfer from first to second education in the same diploma programs.
f) Students who are in the top ten percent of their class in terms of achievement from the second education diploma programs can transfer to the first education diploma programs within the quota.
g) The student must not have received any disciplinary penalty in order to apply for transfer.
h) Being suspended from enrollment does not constitute an obstacle to benefit from the right to transfer.
i) Horizontal transfer procedures are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the "Regulation on the Principles of Transfer Between Associate and Undergraduate Programs in Higher Education Institutions".
j) For transfer to diploma programs where the medium of instruction is English, it is required to have passed the English preparatory class or to be exempt from it. Those who have not studied English preparatory class must be successful in the foreign language proficiency exam or have obtained the score deemed sufficient by the University in national or internationally recognized exams and document it during the application.

Transfer with Central Placement Score (Additional Article-1) Application Requirements
If the student's central placement (ÖSYM) score in the year of enrollment is equal to or higher than the base score of the program he / she wants to transfer to, the student can apply for transfer, including preparatory class, intermediate classes and senior year, regardless of success status and program equivalence.
