Graduation Procedures
- Successful students who have successfully completed all the courses, graduation thesis and internship in the curriculum of the program in which they are enrolled and whose overall weighted grade point average is at least 2.00 out of 4.00 are eligible to graduate.
- The relevant board of directors decides on the student's graduation.
- Following the notification of the graduation decision of the board of directors to the student affairs unit, the student's graduation procedures are carried out through the Student Information System (OBS).
- Students who have been graduated can check their status via e-government "Higher Education Graduation Certificate Inquiry".
Diploma-Provisional Graduation Certificate Transactions
- Students who have graduated can obtain a temporary graduation certificate via e-government until their diplomas are prepared.
- After the end of the semester graduation procedures are completed, the diplomas of our students are prepared and after the necessary signatures are obtained, the diplomas that need to be registered by the Ministry of Health or Provincial Health Directorate are sent for registration, and the diplomas that do not need to be registered are made ready for delivery.
- The diploma or temporary graduation certificate is delivered to the student in person. However, in case the student cannot come in person, it can also be given to the student's proxy through a notary public.
- Students who receive a temporary graduation certificate from the Student Affairs Department until their diplomas are prepared must keep the original temporary graduation certificates until they receive their diplomas and return them by bringing them with them when they come to receive their diplomas.
- Students with a graduation GPA between 3.00-3.49 are entitled to receive an honor certificate, and students with a GPA between 3.50-4.00 are entitled to receive a high honor certificate. At the end of the undergraduate or associate degree education, the documents of the students who are eligible to receive an honor or high honor certificate are delivered to them together with their diploma.

Dismissal Procedure
- Students whose diploma or temporary graduation certificate is ready can apply to student affairs with their student ID cards and start the dismissal process.
- Students who complete the dismissal process with the signatures obtained from the Financial Affairs and Library units can receive their diploma or temporary graduation certificate by submitting the dismissal document and ID card to the student affairs.
