Physics, the foundation of natural and engineering sciences, is a compulsory course for the first year of all departments at Üsküdar University Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences. A well-equipped Basic Physics laboratory is indispensable for understanding physics, which is the starting point of many courses such as electricity, dynamics, statics, fluid mechanics and thermodynamics and makes important contributions to daily life with engineering approaches.
In our laboratory; it is essential to reinforce the theoretical knowledge of basic physics, to learn the application of this knowledge and to gain experimental experience. The knowledge acquired in basic physics courses is applied with various experiments and our students are provided with the ability to conduct experiments. It is aimed to report the results of the experiments with statistical analysis and, above all, to develop teamwork skills.
