OBJECTIVES:
- To follow and analyze advanced and current developments in science and technology.
- To conduct new scientific research within the framework of national and international scientific cooperation.
- To increase the efficiency and quality of current research, to cooperate with domestic and foreign research and application centers, laboratories and similar scientific study institutions operating in related fields.
- To contribute to the development of graduate programs in related fields.
FIELDS OF ACTIVITY:
- To carry out scientific activities, research and development activities and similar scientific activities on accelerators, detectors, simulation codes and programs, design studies, data analysis, advanced computing techniques, studies to increase efficiency, software used in related fields such as Medical Physics, Nuclear Physics, Medical Imaging Physics, Accelerator Physics, etc.
- To organize scientific activities on the subjects of interest, to conduct scientific research and applications to increase the quality of existing studies in the national and international arena.
- To carry out joint studies and activities by making cooperation agreements with institutions, organizations, research-application centers, laboratories, universities related to its own field and the fields it is interested in on national and international platforms.
- To organize summer-winter schools, seminars, conferences, conferences, workshops, invited speaker-panel style scientific activities by conducting studies on the subjects to be determined by the Center and to report and publish the results of these activities.
- To support researchers and working groups for research activities in Turkey and abroad.
- To provide the necessary scientific support for the preparation of the infrastructure of Master's and Doctorate programs, the implementation and operation of the education curriculum in cooperation with the relevant units of the university.
- To carry out R&D activities related to the fields of study and to make joint consultations with industry representatives and to write joint projects.
