Basic Radiotherapy and Radiotherapy Physics Training Workshop (TRRF2016)
Basic Radiotherapy and Radiotherapy Physics Training Workshop (TRRF2016 ), which will be held within Üsküdar University Medical Radiation and Advanced Research Center (ÜSMERA ), will be held on April 23-24, 2016. The training is planned to cover basic and advanced topics with theoretical and clinical examples and to provide the participants with basic and current innovations in radiotherapy.
The aim of the training workshop is to enable the participants to comprehend the basic principles of radiation and nuclear interactions, to comprehend the Radiotherapy LINAKs used in the field of Oncology and their working principles, the principle of brachytherapy, Dosimetry, PDD, TMR-SSD, SAD, Treatment methods and to discuss the concept of radiotherapy in advanced dimensions with controversial clinical examples.
