Institute For Sufi Studies Mission, Vision, Establishment and Objectives

Vision
To create an international environment of science, culture and art that serves humanity in attaining peace and happiness, based on interdisciplinary studies that draw on the holistic and profound perspective of Sufism.

Mission
As a specialized institution, through the programs it offers, the Institute aims to educate individuals who are dedicated to better understanding science, themselves and the world; who have internalized humane and moral values; and who are sensitive to the arts, reflective, inquisitive, creative, hardworking, broadly tolerant and aware of the value of time. According to Sufism, the purpose of science goes beyond knowing these values as knowledge; it is to put them into practice in one’s life and to use them for the happiness and progress of humanity.
