MoNE Information Request for Admission of Students from Abroad

e-TEP (Foreign Language Exam) EBYS

Dear Students,

In the 2026-2027 Fall Term, students who are entitled to final registration from the main and reserve lists must come to the student affairs unit located at the Çarşı Campus together with the originals of their application documents, fill out the "Registration Form", and submit the documents listed below, after which they must complete their transactions at the accounting unit located at the Merkez Campus.

2 – Diploma (Original or certified copy)

3 – Certified copy of ID card photocopy

4 – 2 photographs

5 – Transcript (certified copy)

6 – A Letter of Reference is not required.

7 – (ALES – QUANTITATIVE score of at least 55.) ÖSYM exam result document or

computer printout. (ALES score is not required for Non-Thesis Program students during registration.)

SPECIAL CONDITIONS REQUIRED OF CANDIDATES

* Students who hold an undergraduate degree outside the field take Scientific Preparation courses.

Dear Students,

If you have completed your coursework and reached the thesis (thesis program) / term project (non-thesis program) stage, you must first enroll in this course (SİB595 or SİB594). As much as possible, we want to enable you to work with the instructor you are interested in, in the field that interests you. Therefore, please go to and meet with the instructors whose courses you took, and try to reach an agreement. Keep in mind that for productive work, your instructor must also want to work with you, and each instructor has a certain quota of students they can advise. You can contact your instructors by making an appointment, either in person or by e-mail. Remember to bring or attach your current transcript before the meeting.

In the 2026-2027 Fall semester, no science exam will be held for Thesis/Non-Thesis programs;

• In our Thesis programs, 65% of the ALES Quantitative score and 35% of the undergraduate graduation grade point average will be used,
• In Non-Thesis programs, 50% of the undergraduate graduation grade and, if available, 50% of the ALES score in the relevant score type will be used.
• For candidates applying to Non-Thesis programs who do not have an ALES score, a score of 55 will be accepted for ranking purposes.

Who Can Apply to the Cybersecurity Master's Program?

Graduates of undergraduate programs may apply to the program. The Scientific Preparation Program is applied when deemed necessary.

ALES and YDS result document (ALES and YDS Exam scores must be 55 or above in any score type)

Candidates will be subject to a science exam or an interview.

Candidates will be selected according to ranking.

Candidates without an ALES document may apply to the master's program with special student status.

ALES documents are not required for candidates applying to the Non-Thesis Master's Program.
