As the “Solution-Oriented Women's Issues Application and Research Centre” (ÜSÇÖZÜM) at Üsküdar University, our fundamental vision is to contribute to the construction of a healthy societal structure through the empowerment of women within a culture of kindness and solidarity that extends from the individual to the community. Our center not only aims to provide solutions to women's issues but also adopts a holistic approach that centres on individual well-being, social justice, and ethical awareness in the age of digital transformation.
Within this holistic approach, ÜSÇÖZÜM aims to address various topics such as "Family Institution and Social Health," "Gender Equality and Combating Violence," "Support for Disadvantaged Women","Women's Issues in Urban and Rural Areas," "Women and Technology in the Digital Age," "Education, Awareness, and Empowerment," and "Social Healing and Solidarity." Women's life experiences are directly related to the family, environment, and cultural and economic conditions they are in. Therefore, ÜSÇÖZÜM conducts its work with an interdisciplinary approach, focusing on individual awareness at the micro level and social transformation at the macro level, aiming to make a difference both academically and socially. We follow a path that combines scientific knowledge, human dignity, and the principles of social justice in solving the problems faced by women
