Mission
The Food Technology Programme, part of the Health Services Vocational School at Üsküdar University, aims to train graduates who can effectively use the technological devices, tools and equipment used in food production; who are knowledgeable about food safety, quality control and regulations; who can follow current scientific and technological developments and apply them; who are sensitive to ethical values, human health and the environment, have developed communication and problem-solving skills, and are capable of meeting the sector's need for qualified technical personnel.
Vision
The Food Technology Programme, part of the Health Services Vocational School at Üsküdar University, aims to be a respected programme that provides the workforce with individuals who are knowledgeable and skilled in food technology at a national and international level; who are preferred for employment in the public and private sectors; and who are innovative, qualified, and open to continuous development.
