Üsküdar University, which attaches importance to women's participation in business life and taking part in organizations as managers, strengthens its position among female employee-friendly institutions in terms of academic and administrative staff every year. Women make up 52 percent of Üsküdar University's academic staff and 60 percent of the administrative staff.

Üsküdar University, which contributes greatly to women's employment in Turkey, has surpassed the number of female employees in terms of administrative staff. The institution, which supports women to be in managerial positions, has 60 percent female administrative staff.

Üsküdar University has a total of 1041 employees, including 646 academic and 395 administrative staff, and the total number of academic and administrative women is 574. This shows that the rate of women among all employees is 55 percent.

The rate of female managers in Üsküdar is 50.7 percent.

Üsküdar University Human Resources Department significantly supports the employment of female employees in order to increase in-house diversity, to ensure equality between men and women in working life, to bring talented female professionals to the institution and to support women in socio-economic terms.
