Üsküdar University Metabolic and Inflammatory Diseases Application and Research Center (METİFLAM) was established in 2024 in accordance with Article 7/d-2 of Law No. 2547 amended by Law No. 2880. The Center, whose regulation was published in the Official Gazette on March 11, 2024, started to operate under the Rectorate of Üsküdar University.
Metabolic and Inflammatory Diseases Application and Research Center (METİFLAM) is a center established with the aim of determining the molecular mechanisms of metabolic and inflammatory diseases, which are common in our country and all over the world, diagnosing them and providing different perspectives on the treatment approaches to be developed. In this direction, the main objectives of our center include developing, managing, collecting data, finalizing joint R&D projects in cooperation with universities, research institutions, public and private sector organizations in Turkey and abroad, and organizing seminars, congresses and symposiums by following the current scientific developments in related subjects.
