Planning your career is to get to know yourself about the profession or professions you want to do in the future, to identify the aspects you need to develop and restrain, to improve your existing knowledge and skills, to create goals and to plan how you should draw a path to achieve your goals.
The most important stage in planning your career is to know yourself well. We need to define what we can do, what are the competencies and skills we have, what are the competencies and skills we need to be successful in the profession or professions we choose.
While planning our career, we find a path by being affected positively or negatively by many factors. This path can sometimes lead us to success and sometimes to failure. KARMER is a center established to support you on this journey and to ensure that you progress on the right path.
