Welcome to Üsküdar University Non-Interventional Ethics Committee online application page. Your online ethics committee applications will be evaluated from this page. During the process, instead of making a phone call, you should first fill out the form by reading the instructions carefully and write in the question box where you have difficulties, so that we can produce the fastest solution. Especially for graduate students, it may not be possible to answer every question about the form immediately, and it would be appropriate to discuss your problems about filling out the form in academic language with your advisor. When you complete the correct steps in the application process, the file will go to the principal investigator for approval. If the principal investigator finds the file unsuitable, he/she can send you a message back. The committee will only evaluate the files accepted and approved by the principal investigator. If your file has problems during the approval process, the file will be sent back to you online with the necessary correction message. After the correction, the file you send by re-approving the system will be re-entered first to the principal investigator and then to the evaluation of the board. Your file will be replied within 3 weeks at the latest after the application is completed. This response will be in the form of "approval", "correction and re-evaluation" or "approval with annotation" for researchers who will conduct their studies in state institutions and therefore wish to obtain ethics committee approvals in advance. Those who will conduct studies within the NPISTANBUL institution must first apply to the relevant institution and obtain study approval permission.
When your application is approved, you can complete the process and receive your ethics committee approval document by leaving the printed version of the PDF copy you receive from the system and wet signatures to the Ethics committee secretariat. The ethics committee is open to all researchers in our country and an application fee is charged for researchers who are not members of Üsküdar University.
