The Sustainability and Digital Transformation Working Group focuses on interdisciplinary academic research that scientifically examines the environmental, economic, and social impacts of sustainable development goals and/or digital technologies. Digitalization is not merely a technological transformation; it is also a multidimensional sustainability tool that transforms production methods, corporate management processes, public services, urban life, and individual behaviors. The working group will support the systematic development of academic studies on sustainability, digital transformation, and the intersection of the two, the formation of a culture of joint publications and projects, and the concentration of postgraduate thesis studies in this field. It will contribute to the dissemination of sustainability and digital transformation applications through university-community-industry-public partnerships and will facilitate the sharing of scientific knowledge with students, researchers, and the public. In this respect, it will serve as a permanent structure that strengthens our university's social responsibility mission in the field of sustainability.
