Mehmet Yıldız; “There is an entity behind the scenes who meets needs”
Mehmet Yıldız, who attended the event as a guest, touched upon the philosophy of need, stating that there is an entity behind the scenes who meets needs.
Mehmet Yıldız said: “If a baby, powerless and unaware of its needs, has all its needs met the moment it opens its eyes, it means there is an entity behind the scenes who meets all its needs. Let's say the baby reaches my age. Can a person meet their needs when they reach my age? They can meet one in a thousand. You need rain, go ahead and make it rain. You need the sun, go ahead and make it rise. Carry the 96 thousand kilometers of blood vessels in your body, go ahead and do that. None of these are possible. If each of these is met from a place beyond one's power, it means there is an entity behind the scenes who meets these needs. If the temperature rises above 60 degrees Celsius, our survival would not be possible. How are these millimeter-precise movements made so regularly every time? Do I need something like this to live? Yes, I do. Is it met? Yes. Do I have the power? No. Then who does this?”
Love and fear are also my needs…
In his speech, Mehmet Yıldız, who stated that Allah knows humans down to their most subtle needs, said, “We come into the world, and the menu in the universe is perfectly suited for us. Apples, pears, çiğ köfte, tantuni, lahmacun. How can such subtle tastes be met? One day we went to Switzerland. They brought fruits there whose names I couldn't pronounce. I was eating the fruits, but my palate hadn't met them yet. How is it that my tongue, which had never been to Switzerland before, has the code for Swiss flavors? How can this be encoded in an unintelligent, unconscious tongue? It will both provide that sustenance and a tongue that reads the barcode of its corresponding taste. Wouldn't a person then prostrate, saying, 'My Lord, do You know me down to my most subtle needs? If You know me down to my most subtle feelings, with You present, who else do I confide in?' If they don't, they haven't known Allah. Do you see the importance of the matter of faith?” he said.
We need not only things, but also emotions
Mehmet Yıldız, stating that humans need not only things but also emotions, said, “I need to love and to fear, don't I? If the act of 'loving' didn't exist, we couldn't be friends, we couldn't be side by side, together. If the emotion of 'fear' didn't exist, I couldn't survive. For instance, instead of going down the stairs, I would jump out the window. Because there's no fear. Then we'd be destroyed, gone. If the emotion of fear didn't exist, a person wouldn't obey laws, and we couldn't live humanely. Now, if I had an iron deficiency, and I went to a doctor, the doctor would say, 'Eat these, and your iron deficiency will pass.' But when my feelings of love and fear are deficient, which grocery store will I buy them from? Is it possible? It means these emotions are also my needs.” he said.
The program titled 'The Purpose of Human Creation', where Hayalhanem Science and Culture Association was a guest at Uskudar University, concluded with the presentation of Seedling Certificates.
