2024 Final Registration Steps

Registration via E-Government

1. Filling out the online student information form (See Student Information Form System)
2. Making financial registration procedures (See Payment System) (For full scholarship students, only Contract Confirmation is sufficient)
3. Making the final registration process from the e-government system (See Electronic Registration Procedures via E-Government)

NOTE: Students who register via e-government will not submit any documents and can get their student ID cards from the Student Affairs Unit the week they start their education.

Registration by Arriving at the Campus

1. Filling out the online student information form (See Student Information Form System)
2. Financial registration procedures (A-B Block)
3. Submission of documents to the Student Affairs Unit (D Block)
4. Obtaining a student ID card (D Block)

Documents Required for Registration

1. Original and one photocopy of the high school diploma or graduation certificate (The original will be returned after being seen)
2. ÖSYM Result Certificate

Note 1: The military service status of male students will be checked through the e-government system. As a result of the check, students who are requested to be directed to the branch will be able to register after they bring a military deferment letter.

Note 2: Candidates who have the right to enroll with 2024 YKS but are at the graduation stage in secondary education institutions, associate degree programs or undergraduate programs and will take internship, make-up or single course exams will also be temporarily registered to higher education institutions on the specified dates. If these candidates submit their certificates of graduation to the higher education institution until December 31, 2024 , and if the Open Education High School students who are placed in a higher education institution submit their certificates of graduation to the higher education institution until January 31, 2025, their actual registration will be made. The provisional registrations of those who do not certify that they have graduated until this date will be deleted and the registration of the candidates who are in this situation and do not make their provisional registrations on the specified dates will not be made. Candidates in this situation are required to apply to our University.

Electronic Registration Procedures via E-Government

Students who want to register electronically without coming to the campus can register via e-government from the Presidency of the Council of Higher Education section of https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/ between September 25-27, 2024. Students who register electronically via e-Government are not required to submit documents.

In order for candidates to register electronically via e-government, they must first complete the financial registration process. Students who have completed their financial registration through the applications described in the Payment System tab regarding financial registration procedures can complete their registration process via e-government.

Students who are awarded Full Scholarship can register electronically via e-government after the contract approval process from the Contract Confirmation link.

Candidates who can benefit from the First 5 Preference Scholarship can send the preference list they received from ÖSYM candidate transactions system to maliisler@uskudar.edu.tr and can make their registration process after the fee updates are made.

Students whose high school graduation information cannot be obtained from the Ministry of National Education and students enrolled in two formal associate degree or two undergraduate programs at the same time will not be able to register electronically, and students in this situation must apply to our University.

Student Information Form System

Our students are required to fill out a student information form between September 25-30, 2024 from the link below before coming to registration or before registering electronically. Our students will also be able to fill out the student information form when they come to our campus. Filling out the student information form does not replace final registration.
