2026 Final Registration Steps

Registration via E-Government

1. Completing the online student information form (See Student Information Form System)
2. Completing the financial registration procedures (See Payment System) (For students with a full scholarship, it is sufficient to complete only the Contract Approval procedure)
3. Completing the final registration procedure through the E-Government system (See Electronic Registration Procedures via E-Government)

NOTE: Students who register via E-Government are not required to submit documents and may collect their student ID cards from the Student Affairs Office during the week in which classes begin.

Registration by Visiting the Campus

1. Completing the online student information form (See Student Information Form System)
2. Completing the financial registration procedures (Block E)
3. Submitting the required documents to the Student Affairs Office (Block E)
4. Collecting the student ID card (Block E)

Documents Required for Registration

1. The original high school diploma or graduation certificate and one photocopy (The original document will be returned after verification)
2. ÖSYM Results Document

 Note 1: The military service status of male students will be checked through the E-Government system. Students who are required to apply to the relevant military service branch following this check will be able to complete their registration after submitting a military service deferment document.

 Note 2: Candidates who have gained the right to register through the 2026 YKS but are at the graduation stage in a secondary education institution, associate degree programme or undergraduate programme and are required to complete an internship, take a resit examination or take a single-course examination will also be provisionally registered at higher education institutions within the specified dates. Their final registration will be completed provided that they submit documents proving their graduation to the higher education institution by 31 December 2026. Candidates placed in a higher education institution from Open Education High Schools must submit documents proving their graduation to the higher education institution by 29 January 2027. The provisional registrations of candidates who fail to provide proof of graduation by these dates will be cancelled. Candidates in this situation who do not complete their provisional registration within the specified dates will not be registered. Candidates in this situation are required to apply to our University.

Electronic Registration Procedures via E-Government

Students placed at our University who wish to complete their electronic registration without visiting the campus may register via E-Government between 24-26 August 2026 through the Council of Higher Education section at https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/. Students who complete electronic registration via E-Government are not required to submit any documents.

Candidates must first complete their financial registration procedures before completing electronic registration via E-Government. Students who complete their financial registration through the procedures explained under the Payment System section may then complete their registration via E-Government.

Students admitted with a Full Scholarship may complete their electronic registration via E-Government after approving their contract through the Contract Approval link.

Electronic registration cannot be completed for students whose high school graduation information cannot be obtained from the Ministry of National Education or for students who are simultaneously enrolled in two formal associate degree programmes or two formal undergraduate programmes. Students in this situation are required to apply to our University.

Before visiting the campus for registration or completing electronic registration, students are required to complete the student information form through the link below between 24-28 August 2026. Students may also complete the student information form when they arrive at the campus. Completing the student information form does not constitute final registration.

Registration procedures will be carried out between 09:00 and 18:00 at Üsküdar University’s Ümraniye Health Campus.
