Program Educational Objectives

Program Goals

The goal of this program is to educate individuals who are physically fit and resilient; capable of making prompt and accurate decisions; skilled in the precise use of their hands and fingers; attentive, composed under pressure, and highly responsible; able to communicate effectively with others; competent in assessing patients or casualties and their surroundings, identifying problems through observation and information gathered from relatives or bystanders; capable of applying appropriate first aid techniques according to the patient's condition; able to coordinate assistance from police or fire services when necessary to ensure the safe transfer of patients into ambulances; active participants in search and rescue operations; and willing and able to serve as volunteers in non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
