1. To start the "2022-2023 Academic Year Spring Semester"at our university on 06.03.2023,
2. To conduct courses through online/synchronous (synchronous) or offline/asynchronous (asynchronous) distance education methods,
3. To keep thelibraries-e-libraries and social areas on our campuses open for all our students and to ensure that they benefit fromthe internet infrastructure,
4. In accordance with the "Framework Regulation on Practical Trainings in Higher Education"
a) 4th year students ofthe Faculty of Medicine,
b) Students who are in the 'vocational training in business' period in the departments of Speech and Language Therapy, Midwifery, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, Nursing, Audiology, Orthotics and Prosthetics and Perfusionof our Faculty of Health Sciences,
c)Students in our Vocational School of Health Services (SHMYO) Operating Room Services, Dialysis, Pharmacy Services, Disability Care and Rehabilitation, Home Patient Care, Physiotherapy, Food Technology, First and Emergency Aid, Nuclear Technology and Radiation Safety, Autopsy Assisting, Pathology Laboratory Techniques, Radiotherapy, Medical Imaging Techniques, Medical Laboratory Techniques and Elderly Care programs ,
practical training face-to-face on site,
d) To conduct face-to-face internships for the 4th grade students of the Department of Sociology, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences ,
e) The theoretical courses of the departments and programswith applied courses other than those listed above will be held by distance education method, and the application partwill be implemented as of April 2023,
5. "Special Student" requests to be made to our university to be made within 3 weeks, taking into account the date of March 06, 2023, which is the start date of the Spring Semester of the 2022-2023 Academic Year,
6. To freeze the registrations ofthe students who are enrolled in the departments and programs at our university and who are affected by the earthquake and not to deduct this period from the maximum education period ofthe program,
7. For those of our students enrolled in associate, undergraduate and graduate programs who cannot attend the exams such as final, make-up, excuse, preparation, TÖMER, single course exams of the 2022-2023 Academic Year Fall Semesteron or after February 06, 2023, these exams will be held face-to-face between February 27 and March 05, 2023,
8. For those who cannot attend the proficiency or thesis exams in graduate programs, the exams will be held on the dates to be determined by the institute directorates,
9. The decision on distance education will be reviewed by the University Senate in early April 2023. If the conditions become favorable, hybrid teaching method will also be considered with the decision of the Council of Higher Education.
