OBJECTIVES:
a) To serve the development of the country in the field of health, to bring together the relevant sector and demanders, to provide access to systematic information and information resources.
b) To conduct domestic and international research, development and studies in determining the functioning and standardization of institutions and organizations providing health tourism services.
c) To produce data that will contribute to legislative studies and planning related to health tourism, and to carry out studies to determine macro standards.
ç) To organize events to ensure coordination between public and private institutions related to health tourism.
d) To contribute to the development of policies to ensure that the health tourism sector operates effectively, at international standards and under conditions that are competitive with foreign countries providing services in this field.
e) To develop projects that will provide added value to the national economy in the fields of tourism health, health tourism and medical service tourism and to coordinate their activation.
f) To provide academic support and contribute to practical implementation strategies for our country to become a center of attraction in terms of health tourism as a result of its geographical location, affordable prices and health service delivery at international standards together with the achievements achieved in the field of health.
FIELDS OF ACTIVITY:
a) a) To create and coordinate practical research projects in the field of health tourism within the Center, and to use domestic and international support resources for this purpose.
b) To contribute to national and international knowledge accumulation by organizing advanced specialization courses, seminars, workshops, congresses and symposiums on tourism health, health tourism and medical service tourism.
c) To report the scientific and technical findings obtained as a result of application and research studies in the field of health tourism and to publish them in scientific journals, books, bulletins and similar media.
ç) To provide consultancy services to public institutions and organizations in areas where the work of the Center is needed.
d) To carry out organizations that bring new expansions to health tourism in line with tactical and strategic goals by using the academic knowledge of the University not only in medical tourism but also in areas such as thermal tourism, elderly and disabled tourism.
e) To carry out joint studies with national and international public and private organizations, research groups and scientists in order to achieve its objectives.
f) To carry out other activities in accordance with the objectives of the Center as requested by the Board of Directors.
