Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Student Laboratory was established in order to ensure that students studying in the Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation within the Faculty of Health Sciences of Üsküdar University reinforce their theoretical knowledge with applications. In every course that requires practice and skill, the relevant applications are explained to the students in accordance with the content of the vocational courses in the presence of expert lecturers.
Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Student Laboratory Applications
Special evaluation techniques for patient and disease-specific treatment, special exercise and rehabilitation programs, heat-light-hydrotherapy, electrotherapy and manual application practices are taught in this laboratory. In addition to basic exercise and manual applications, this laboratory allows students to learn the rehabilitation contents for individuals with musculoskeletal system, nervous system, cardiopulmonary system diseases in the light of up-to-date information, accompanied by specialized teaching staff.
