The 17th and 18th summit of the Society for Brain Mapping and Therapeutics (SBMT), which is held annually with the participation of researchers from around the world, will be held in Los Angeles, the United States from 8th to 11th of July 2021 with the participation of Uskudar University faculty members through their studies and collaborations in neuroscience. In 2019, researchers led by Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan, who was also awarded the Golden Axon leadership award by the SBMT, will present their work on the electromagnetic field and brain health at the summit. Uskudar University and its science and application partner NPISTANBUL Brain Hospital contribute extensively to the developments in neuroscience with its laboratories, application and research centers, researchers, and pioneering scientific contribution working in the field of brain mapping and neurotechnology for treatment.
