In cooperation with the India Academy of Excellence and MAS College Membad, Al-Sag Research Journal organized a virtual training course on "Distance Learning Strategies" aimed at enabling academics and teachers in universities and schools around the world to keep up with new developments.
Prof. Dr. İbrahim Özdemir, who participated as a speaker in the program, made important remarks on critical thinking in his speech. Özdemir focused on the examples of Ghazali, Ibn Rushd, and Said Nursi in critical thinking.
Stating that philosophy is a discipline that encourages critical and free thinking, a better understanding of the world, society, and humanity, as well as tolerance and peace, Özdemir said; “As Üsküdar Üniversitesi, we attach great importance to philosophy. We teach Critical Thinking to our students.”
